We are looking for Front desk/ Medical Assistance for our Physical Therapy Clinic.

Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.

Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

Documenting patients' medical information, including medical history and health insurance information.

Operates front office including data entry, scheduling, billing, Insurance verification, and reports

Also, has knowledge on Marketplace insurance and Medicare.

Experience 3 years in medical office setting

Speak English and Spanish

Punctuality and Commitment is a Plus!!

After three months employee will receive benefits.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
